Your Responsibilities
When using Easy-Peasy, you agree to:

- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Contact activity providers directly for booking, pricing, and activity-specific questions
- Verify all information about activities, including schedules, prices, and requirements, directly with providers
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Easy-Peasy and third parties
Activity Providers
The activities, providers, and information listed on Easy-Peasy are provided by third parties. We do not:
- Endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any activity or provider
- Verify the accuracy of all information provided by activity providers
- Control or manage the activities, sessions, or services offered by providers
- Handle bookings, payments, or cancellations (these are managed directly by providers)
Any relationship you form with an activity provider is between you and that provider. Easy-Peasy is not a party to any agreements or transactions between you and activity providers.
No Medical or Safety Advice
Easy-Peasy does not provide medical, health, or safety advice. Information on our platform is for informational purposes only. Before enrolling your child in any activity, please:
- Consult with your child's healthcare provider if you have concerns about their ability to participate in an activity
- Verify safety requirements, equipment needs, and any health restrictions directly with the activity provider
- Ensure the activity is appropriate for your child's age, abilities, and interests
- Ask providers about their safety policies, staff qualifications, and emergency procedures
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring the information you provide about your children is accurate and kept up to date
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
